What to do if I broke my applicators?

If you receive your package with the applicator broken in transit, contact customer support immediately (info@noirwild.com). Please include pictures of the applicators broken upon delivery. If you accidentally broke both the sticks on your own, we do have a 3x piece replacement applicator pack available for purchase. Email customer support to buy the replacement packs.

How many applicators come with my order?

Bee Balms include 2 of our signature honey stick applicators. Please note, we provide 2 in case 1 breaks for ANY reason.
